The Kingston's: Slow and Steady wins the Race
Told by: Peter Kingsto
nMy so,Kevin made a smart move when he moved me and my sister in to help take care of the kids. There was no way he could handle two toddlers and a rambunctious 9 year old. While still being able to put food on the table. I was surprised when he was able to find such a great house to suit our needs and budget.

Almost immediately Kevin found a good job,and got two quick promotions to Patrol Officer. While he was doing that, My sister Samantha got a job in the food industry and quickly climbed to the top.

While those two were busy, racking in th
e simoleons.
I took time to raise the toddlers, by potty training, tea
ching them to talk, and walk. They caught on quick and were very eager to learn more about the world around them. Kimberly and Kline really seemed to enjoy their new activity table. Before I knew it the two of them grew up into children. Those toddler days fly by so fast.

Karissa did very well in school this week, and so did the twins as soon as they were enrolled.

The Peterson's: Rd 1, Raising Lola

Round 1: Raising Lola
Told by Dean

The first thing I did when we moved to Sedona was find a small starter home with plenty of room for me and my family to grow. Luckily the right house seemed to fall right into our laps. With plenty of room to expand with just enough money left in the bank account.

Luckily my mother, Lorraine sat down & started teaching Lola to talk, It really gave the two of them time to bond. While I was able to look through our new telescope for some well earned logic points.

My Father,Joseph sat down on the sofa with the paper as soon as it came. I told him I didn't want him to work, that it was my turn to take care of him. He just shook his head, and said something about kid's always trying to put him in his grave, before he was ready to go there.
Immediately he found a job as a Stand Up Comedian and started work that very day. Before I knew it he was home already with his first promotion. My mother seemed to love his new work uniform. I honestly couldn't see why.
I felt a little outdone and immediately combed the internet for a job .I found one working as a Fish Chummer, and started the work week the next morning. With the little bit of spare time I had I worked at teaching my little Lola how to walk. While my mother worked at Potty Training her.
I made quick going in my career and seemed to be racking up the promotions, first to a Dolphin Tank Cleaner, and than to a Sea Lice Research Assistant. I was very happy with the movement I was making. Even dad had managed to climb as high as his age would allow and made Mime within days. I was ready to start a great weekend celebrating my daughters birthday, and hopefully another promotion when the unthinkable happened. Due to a Chance Card I lost the start to my dream job. I didn't let that ruin Lola's birthday though. I took it as a chance to relax and go fishing to celebrate my little girls birthday, and our first outing in Sedona. The day was pretty fun, We all managed to claim a few fish and boots of our own. And just as another note, My mother introduced me to a Ms.Christy Stratton, She may not be the most beautiful person in the world but we've really seemed to hit it off. I would like to give my Lola a brother.
Extra Notes:Through out the week Lorraine managed to join Sue's Secret Kitchen, Joseph got into the secret arts and crafts lot and Lola got into the Science Secret Club.

Meet the Petersons

The Peterson's(In this picture: Joseph, Lola, Dean, and Lorraine)
Daddy! daddy! daddy!
Sometimes I wish my father had never taught you that word, sometimes sweetheart. Anyway the move to Sedona was a tough one, after Lola's mother just disappeared no note, no nothing, barely a memory of her left anywhere. I knew I couldn't raise a little girl all on my own, and decided to move my parents in to help me care for her. But before I get to them you might want to learn a bit about me.

The Kingston Family
(In this picture: Samantha, Kimberly, Peter, Karissa, Kline and Kevin.)
When my brother asked me to move in he didn't tell me that it would be with him. his son and his bratty kids. Or in a town no larger than a dozen people. How could a person like me who enjoys the night life so much be stuck in this backwoods town, in the middle of the desert. That's my luck. But maybe I should intintroduce myself.

Peter:
So he's the reason we moved here after his wife died of a random fly attack he just wasn't going to be able to raise the kids and climb his career ladder. He asked me to move with them to Sedona, and I brought my lovely sister with cause I figured if anyone could liven up life in a small town it would be my sister.

Samantha: Thank you brother. All I have to say is I want my own room can't have those little brats barging in on me and my dates.
Peter: I do hope you keep that to a minimum
Samantha: That's not up to me brother!
Peter: Besides us there's my three grand kids. My little princess Karissa, who's just school age and loves to play, and actually takes after me and my mechanical prowess. Than there's the twins Kline and Kimberly who are still in diapers and just getting into those terrible two's. I really hope there not as bad as their father was.
